The roster lived in one huge spreadsheet. Every change meant new screenshots in the staff group chat, and overtime was counted by hand.
(02) The idea
A phone-first app that installs to the home screen. The supervisor paints the roster with a finger, staff get it in their group chat, and the manager gets a spreadsheet.
