Reads a folder of bills and fills in the spreadsheet for you.

Every month, a stack of utility bills had to be typed into spreadsheets, one unit at a time.

(02) The idea

Point it at a folder. It reads every bill, finds the right row and fills it in, then saves a new copy and leaves the original alone.

Reads PDFs
Invoice number, account and amount go into the right row.

Reads scans too
Windows’ built-in text recognition handles paper bills that were scanned.

Knows the bill type
It looks at the first file and sets itself up.

Checks the numbers
Flags any bill that looks very different from last month.

Private by design
Nothing leaves the office PC. No cloud, no account.
